Returns and refunds

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags. Certain categories such as innerwear, perishable groceries and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Open the order in your account and choose Report an issue, or contact support with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, a courier will collect the parcel from your address.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Digital payments are refunded to the original wallet or bank account within 5–7 business days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
