By creating an account or placing an order you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

NepalCart is a marketplace. Products are sold by independent sellers who are responsible for their listings, pricing and compliance with Nepalese law. We mediate disputes and enforce our seller standards.

All prices are in Nepalese rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or if fraud is suspected. You will be notified and refunded in full.

To the extent permitted by law, NepalCart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
